Using the IU Podcast Portal, how do I edit data or change artwork for an existing podcast?

Using the Indiana University Podcast Portal, you can edit the data (e.g., title and keywords) and change the artwork associated with a podcast you created previously.

Editing a podcast
To edit an existing podcast:
- Access the IU Podcast Portal at: http://podcast.iu.edu/
- At the top right, click
Author Sign-in, and log in using your Network ID.
- Click to select the provider you were assigned when you created
your account (e.g.,
UITS).
- At the bottom of your "Podcast Maintenance" page, under
"Podcasts", find the podcast title you wish to edit, and click
Edit.
- Under "Edit Podcast", edit the information and/or alter the
selections as necessary. When you're finished, click
Save Podcast.
Note: The podcast portal will reflect your changes immediately, but there may be a delay before they are reflected in subscribers' podcatchers, due to the asynchronous nature of RSS subscription.
Changing podcast artwork
To change the artwork for an existing podcast:
- Access the IU Podcast Portal at: http://podcast.iu.edu/
- At the top right, click
Author Sign-in, and log in using your Network ID.
- Click to select the provider you were assigned when you created
your account (e.g.,
UITS).
- At the bottom of your "Podcast Maintenance" page, under
"Podcasts", find the podcast title you wish to edit, and click
Artwork.
- To select an existing piece of artwork, under "Select Artwork",
click to highlight the image you want. If you have many images
uploaded, you may need to click
NextandPreviousto see the entire collection. When you've selected your file, clickUpdate.
- To upload new artwork from your computer, under "Upload Artwork",
click
Browse, locate and select the file to upload, and then clickGo. Under "Select Artwork", click to highlight the new artwork, and then clickUpdate.
