ARCHIVED: In Breeze Meeting, how should I handle recurring meetings?

This content has been archived, and is no longer maintained by Indiana University. Information here may no longer be accurate, and links may no longer be available or reliable.

For your recurring Breeze meetings, consider reusing a single Breeze meeting room rather than creating a new one for each scheduled instance. A persistent meeting room allows you to keep the same web address (URL) for your meeting room. Additionally, your content (e.g., presentations, chats) and configurations (e.g., visible pods, layouts) will always be available.

When creating your Breeze meeting room, you will be asked for a start time and duration. This information is not binding; it is only used in the email you send to participants from the Breeze Manager. If you choose to use your Breeze meeting room persistently, simply ignore this scheduling information and instead notify your participants of the meeting by direct email, rather than by using the Breeze Manager to do so.
