In the IUIE, what kind of support does the Help Desk provide?
The IUIE Help Desk provides support for problems using IUIE
applications and creating reports (including SQRs) to be published in
the IUIE. Contact the Help Desk by submitting the "Ask Us - Feedback
& Questions" form; from within the IUIE, click Feedback
in the upper right of your screen. You can also submit a request
directly by contacting
iuie-request@indiana.edu .
For questions about which reports to run or what parameters to use to retrieve specific data, refer to the help desk for your application area.
