At IU, on the RFS or MDSS, how much space is available to me?

On the Research File System (RFS) at Indiana University, you are assigned a 10GB quota as an individual user. Collaborators can request additional space for projects.

On the Massive Data Storage Service (MDSS), you can have up to 5TB of space. However, for usage beyond this limit, some sort of funding arrangement is usually explored. If you have significant data storage needs, email the Research Storage group to arrange a meeting.
