In Microsoft Outlook, how do I check my disk quota usage on the Exchange server?

Different versions of Outlook provide different ways to check your Exchange disk quota usage. In Outlook 2002 and 2003, you have a choice of methods.
Note: In Outlook 2003, the instructions below assume that you are not using Cached Exchange Mode.
Outlook 2002, 2003, or 2007
- From the
Toolsmenu, chooseMailbox Cleanup....
- Click
View Mailbox Size...(Outlook 2003 or 2007) orClick Here(Outlook 2002).
Outlook 2000, 2002, or 2003
- From the
Viewmenu, selectFolder List.
- In the "Folder List" column, right-click
Outlook Today-[Mailbox-Name], whereNameis your name.
- Select
PropertiesorProperties for Mailbox.
- Under the
Generaltab, clickFolder Size.
- Your total usage is listed beside "Total Size (Fld+SubFld)". A detailed breakdown of each folder's size is listed below the total.
